That isn’t a typo. With Roman Antony gone and Jarren Duran’s contributions from the leadoff spot dipping to questionable at greatest, Masataka Yoshida will play his first MLB sport as a leadoff hitter tonight.
After final evening’s no matter you wish to name it, I’m not towards shaking issues up! This lineup distracts me from the worry I really feel throughout each Lucas Giolito begin, as I worry it’ll be the one the place every thing lastly falls aside. BUT, I don’t wish to be a destructive Nancy on a wonderful faculty soccer and baseball-filled Saturday, so right here’s to Masa displaying off his immaculate working type on the high of the lineup. And thank goodness we don’t have to look at this Arizona offense towards one other lefty.
